typography-format--large"> <div class="js-content-entity-body"> <p>Following the first official image for <a href="/fortnite/" data-ref-id="5000-125765">Fortnite</a>'s Season 4, developer Epic Games has now released an updated version. Like the first, this also features the likeness of what appears to be a superhero, further reinforcing theories about what's likely to be the theme of Season 4 in Battle Royale.</p><p dir="ltr">The newly updated image still features the first superhero, but now the streak across it shows a female character who looks a bit like Wonder Woman. Epic Games hasn't explicitly said anything about Season 4, though it stands to reason that these are previews of what skins we can expect to be available for Battle Royale players.</p><p dir="ltr">Like the first version, the image on <a href="https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/en-US/battle-pass/brace-for-impact" rel="nofollow">Fortnite's website</a> still has the words "brace for impact" on it. That would suggest that these superheroes and Season 4's theme might be related to the meteor that players have believed would crash into Tilted Towers (or somewhere on the island). Based on what we've seen from past seasons, we can expect this to introduce a new Battle Pass (presumably purchased with V-Bucks for about $10/£8) that offers a new batch of skins and other rewards. <a href="/gallery/fortnite-skins-and-all-season-3-battle-pass-reward/2900-1844/" data-ref-id="2900-1844">Season 3's theme</a> has primarily revolved around space, which makes sense given the ongoing events with the meteor, though it's also fueled speculation that aliens may show up in some fashion. As of yet, that hasn't happened.</span></p><p dir="ltr">The end of Season 3 means this is the final chance for players to complete the current batch of weekly challenges. A small number of these are available to all players, while the majority require you to own the Battle Pass.
